I had meant to update it the day you messaged me back! Not a problem, I'm happy to hear that samples will be returning! Also, I agree with the clamshells for samples :) Thankyou for telling me how the shipping process is handled/accordingly priced. I did not know that there is a charge for certificate of mailing (I don't mail parcels very often, so I didn't know that there was an extra charge on top of the weight + packing coosts) so I really appreciate you telling me the breakdown of it :) Best of luck on getting the site back up to 100% again! :) Sorry it took me a few days to update the samples status on there. Unfortunately, I lost the entire Kiss My Sass Cosmetics site (orders, customers, products, info, layout etc) and I'm slowly getting things back up and running. There will be samples again in the future, I just haven't had time to get them up yet since losing everything and starting over. As far as the samples, I will probably be doing them in the clamshells (like the free sample) instead of the jars as they are lighter and a good compromise between jars & baggies. I'm sorry you were unhappy about shipping costs but I do use the real-time calculator. I looked up your invoice and I paid $4.33 to ship the package plus I paid an additional $1.15 for certificate of mailing which I purchase separately for all international packages.
